1. Introduction
Inner Freedom Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a referral and affiliate programme (the “Programme”) which allows individuals (“you”, “Affiliate”, “Referrer”) to earn a commission by referring new members to our online healing school.
By participating in the Programme, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, together with our Website Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- The Programme is open to any visitor to our website.
- By joining the Programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
- We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate account at our sole discretion.
3. How Referrals Are Tracked
- You will be provided with a unique referral link.
- A referral is recorded when a new customer clicks your referral link and completes a paid membership purchase.
- Referral tracking is cookie-based and subject to the visitor’s browser and device settings.
- Only new customers who have not previously held an Inner Freedom account qualify as referrals.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
4. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a commission equal to 20% of the first membership payment made by a successfully referred customer.
- Commission applies to membership fees only.
- Commission is calculated exclusive of VAT, taxes, discounts, refunds, or chargebacks.
- No commission is payable on renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Cooling-Off Period & Commission Eligibility
In accordance with UK consumer law, customers purchasing online memberships are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of purchase.
As a result:
- Referral commissions remain pending during the cooling-off period.
- Commissions become eligible for payment only after:
- The 14-day cooling-off period has expired, and
- The customer has not requested a refund or cancellation.
If a referred customer cancels or receives a refund during the cooling-off period, no commission will be payable.
6. Commission Approval & Reversals
We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions where:
- A referred purchase is refunded or charged back
- Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour is suspected
- These Terms are breached
- The referral does not meet Programme eligibility criteria
Our decision regarding referral validity and commission eligibility is final.
7. Payments
- Referral commissions are paid manually, either as:
- Cash payments, or
- Account credit or free membership access (at our discretion)
- Payment method, timing, and any minimum payout thresholds are determined by Inner Freedom Ltd and may change from time to time.
- Affiliates are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from commissions received.
8. Affiliate Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Inner Freedom or its services
- Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive promotional practices
- Impersonate Inner Freedom Ltd or its representatives
- Run paid advertising using our brand name, trademarks, or domains without written consent
- Engage in behaviour that could reasonably harm our reputation or community
Referrals should be made as genuine personal recommendations, not aggressive or manipulative sales activity.
9. Intellectual Property
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved Inner Freedom branding or materials solely for participation in the Programme.
- All intellectual property rights remain the property of Inner Freedom Ltd.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Programme at any time, with or without notice, including where:
- These Terms are breached
- Misuse or abuse of the Programme is suspected
- The Programme is modified or discontinued
Upon termination, any unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Freedom Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with participation in the Programme.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
