1. Cooling-Off Period

2. Digital Content & Immediate Access

Our services include digital content such as:

Online lessons and recordings
Downloadable materials
Live online sessions and replays

Digital content such as this is not subject to the 14 day cooling off period, and you lose your right to request a refund as soon as you access the program contents.

Where you are given immediate access, you will be asked at checkout to:

Consent to immediate delivery, and
Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins

Once access has been provided, no refunds are available.

3. Live Program & Services

For live programmes delivered over time:

You may cancel within 14 days if services have not yet begun

No refunds are issued once the programme is substantially underway.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

The cooling-off period applies to the initial purchase only
Once access to members-only content is provided, refunds are not available
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
Cancellation does not refund previous payments

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind after access begins
Failure to attend live sessions
Non-use of purchased content
Removal from the community due to breach of conduct
