Services are delivered online and may include live calls, recordings, written materials, and community forums.
Content, formats, facilitators, and schedules may evolve over time.

3. Nature of the Services (Important)

Our services are educational, experiential, and wellbeing-oriented in nature.

They do not constitute:

  • medical advice;
  • psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment;
  • diagnosis or treatment of physical or mental health conditions.

Participation does not replace care from a GP, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

You remain solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional or emergency support where required.

4. Independent Practitioners

Certain services are delivered by independent practitioners.

  • Practitioners are not employees of Inner Freedom Ltd.
  • Each practitioner is responsible for their own professional conduct and scope of practice.
  • Practitioners are required to maintain their own professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services they provide.
  • Inner Freedom Ltd acts as an organiser and platform and does not provide individual clinical judgement.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, nor does it create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

5. Eligibility

By accessing or purchasing the Services, you confirm that:

  • you are 18 years of age or older;
  • you are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you;
  • you accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

  • You are responsible for any bank fees, card fees, or currency conversion charges applied by your provider.
  • VAT or other applicable taxes are applied in accordance with UK law where required.

7. Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

However:

  • Where you request immediate access to digital content or attend live sessions during this period, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel or receive a refund may be lost or reduced in accordance with the law.
  • No refunds are provided for services already delivered.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Subscriptions & Cancellation (Where Applicable)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account area or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund past charges.
  • Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where reasonably necessary due to breach of these Terms, safeguarding concerns, or misuse of the Services, acting proportionately and in good faith.

9. Service Availability & Technical Issues

The Services are provided on a reasonable endeavours basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability and are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • internet outages;
  • telecommunications or power failures;
  • video-conferencing platform unavailability;
  • hosting provider failures;
  • third-party system interruptions.

Where a live session cannot take place due to technical issues, we may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled session, session credit, or access to alternative content.
Cash refunds are not provided for disrupted or rescheduled sessions, except where required by law.

10. Community Conduct

You agree to:

  • treat others respectfully;
  • maintain confidentiality of shared experiences;
  • refrain from offering medical, diagnostic, or prescriptive advice to other members;
  • avoid harassment, coercion, or disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to moderate content, suspend, or terminate access for breaches of these standards, acting proportionately and in good faith.
No refunds are issued for removal due to misconduct.
Further expectations may be set out in separate Community Guidelines.

11. Safeguarding & Emergencies

Inner Freedom Ltd is not an emergency service.

We and our practitioners reserve the right to pause, modify, or terminate services where there are concerns regarding safety, safeguarding, or wellbeing.

You agree to seek immediate professional or emergency assistance where required.

12. Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded.

By participating, you consent to recordings being used for internal purposes and made available to members, unless otherwise stated.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, methods, recordings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Inner Freedom Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, teach, resell, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability (General)

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Subject to this:

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • We do not guarantee outcomes.
  • Except as set out in Section 15 (Platinum Services), our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
    (a) the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
    (b) £500.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption.

15. Platinum Services – Additional Liability Limitation

Where you purchase Platinum-level or high-touch services involving bespoke delivery, enhanced access, or limited-capacity support (“Platinum Services”):

  • Our liability in connection with the Platinum Services shall be limited to the fees paid in respect of the undelivered portion of those Services.
  • In all cases, our total liability relating to Platinum Services shall not exceed the fees paid in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • This section does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access where you materially breach these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the safety or integrity of the community.
Any such decision will be proportionate and made in good faith.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
